Film adaptation

In December of 2012 Entertainment Weekly announced that LD Entertainment had optioned the rights to the series with the intention of turning it into a film series. Patrick Sean Smith has been confirmed to be writing the screenplay for the first film.

Graphic novel

In 2011 Sea Lion Books published a graphic novel adaptation of Hush, Hush. Fitzpatrick stated that the graphic novel would consist of three volumes and that Jennyson Rosero would be drawing the series. During the book's development Fitzpatrick solicited reader reactions by posting preliminary images on her website, with Sea Lion Books altering some of the designs based on how they were received.

Hush, Hush is a 2009 New York Times Bestselling young adult fantasy novel by Becca Fitzpatrick and the first book in her Hush, Hush series. The novel was first published on October 13, 2009 through Simon & Schuster and focuses on the character of Nora Grey, a teenager that has her life put at risk after she begins a romance with new student Patch, a fallen angel with a dark connection to Nora.

Book rights to Hush, Hush have been sold to over 13 countries, with LD Entertainmentpurchasing film rights.




Becca Fitzpatrick

Becca Fitzpatrick (born February 3, 1979) is an American author, best known for having written the New York Times bestseller, Hush, Hush.

Raised in North Platte, Nebraska, she graduated in April 2001 from Brigham Young University with a degree in Community Health, and went to work as a secretary, teacher, and accountant at an alternative high school in Provo.

In February 2003, her husband enrolled her in a writing class for her 24th birthday. It was in that class that Fitzpatrick started writing Hush, Hush.

Summary:
